This policy explains what information SenWisdom AI LLC (“SenWisdom”, “we”, “us”) collects through senwisdom.com, our company website, and how we use it. It covers browsing the site, applying for a role, applying to partner with us, and writing to us.
Our products have their own policies
SenWisdom Astrology Studio and SenWisdom Relationship Studio each publish their own privacy policy, which applies when you use that product: astrology.senwisdom.com/privacy and relationship.senwisdom.com/privacy. This policy does not cover them.
When you browse the site
We use two analytics services to understand how the site is used: which pages are visited, which site referred a visit, and the visitor’s approximate region, device and browser.
- Google Analytics, which sets cookies to recognize repeat visits. Google handles this information under its own privacy policy.
- Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without using cookies.
Like every website’s host, our hosting providers receive your IP address and basic request details when you load a page, and use them to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
Your language and appearance (light or dark) choices are saved in your browser’s local storage so the site remembers them. They stay on your device and are not sent to us.
When you apply for a role
The application form asks for:
- your name and contact details: email address, phone number, location and LinkedIn profile;
- your education and work experience;
- whether you are legally authorized to work in the United States, whether you would need visa sponsorship, and whether you are at least 18;
- your introduction, your answers to questions about the role, and any links you add;
- your résumé and, if you include one, a cover letter.
When you apply to partner with us
The partnership form asks for:
- your name and contact details: email address, phone number, location and website;
- your field of expertise and how you practice: for how long, how and where you work with clients, how many clients you see, the languages you work in, and how you charge;
- your answers to questions about your expertise, any links, and any notes you add;
- if you include them, a profile document and a sample of your work.
When you write to us
If you email us, for example at contact@senwisdom.com, we receive your email address and whatever your message contains, and use them to reply.
How we use and keep applications
We use what you send only to evaluate your application, or the partnership you propose, and to contact you about it. We do not save applications on our servers: the form sends your submission, with its attachments, as one email to our hiring or partnerships team, and that email is our record of it. We keep application emails for as long as we need them to consider your application and to meet our legal obligations, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Who else handles your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run the site for us, each under its own terms:
- Vercel, which hosts this website and provides Vercel Web Analytics;
- Render, which hosts the service that receives form submissions;
- Resend, which delivers form submissions to our inbox and may keep delivery records for a limited time;
- Google, which provides Google Analytics;
- our email provider, which hosts the inboxes where applications and messages arrive.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our users or the public.
Your choices and rights
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s opt-out browser add-on to stop Google Analytics from collecting data about your visits.
- You can ask what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to contact@senwisdom.com. Depending on where you live, local law may give you further rights, and we will respond as that law requires.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. The forms accept only PDF and Word files within set size limits, and we limit how often they can be submitted. No system is perfectly secure, so please send only what an application needs.
International visitors
SenWisdom AI LLC is based in the United States. If you use the site from elsewhere, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date at the top of the page.
